Domestic Orders within Australia

• We post the orders preferably via AusPost and sometimes we may use Sendle.
• Shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order.
• Standard or Priority option can be chosen during the checkout process.
• Standard posting within Australia would normally take between 5-10 business days.
• Priority posting within Australia would normally take between 2-3 business days.
• Custom order are made and sent within 3 Business days (monday-friday) from the time of receipt of payment.
• For pickup option, please contact us before placing the order.

International Orders outside Australia

• We preferably ship the orders from Australia via AusPost, and DHL services as a secondary option.
• Shipping cost is based on the size and total weight of your order.
• Due to the nature of transactions, all packages are subject to Customs clearance in the respective destination country.
• Standard or Express option can be chosen during the checkout process.
• Maximum total weight per package is 20 Kg as per Australia Post regulations for the International shipments.
• We would recommend you to order between 3 – 15 Kg to get the best deal out of shipping cost.
• A shipping cost is calculated based on the Weight options – Up to 1 Kg, Up to 2 Kg, Up to 5 Kg, Up to 15 Kg and Up to 20 Kg;
• Orders are packaged and shipped within 2 Business days (monday-friday) from the time of receipt of payment.
